As our third-generation upgraded model, its extrusion output and production speed have been increased by 20–40% compared with earlier versions. The line supports online belling and guarantees stable performance of the finished corrugated pipes. The final products feature light weight, low cost, corrosion resistance, excellent ring stiffness and good flexibility.

Jwell's newly developed horizontal double-wall corrugated production line is a second-generation horizontal pressure water cooling production line, which is independently developed on the basis of domestic and international advanced technologies. It has more than ten patented technologies.

• There are a variety of types of extruders to choose, which enables the production of various HDPE and PP pipes and can also meet the requirements for single-wall corrugated pipe production.
• Sizing sleeve is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface is wear-resistant. The tube waveform can be calculated by special software program, and the optimal ring stiffness can be obtained at the same material weight

 

• The corrugator features a gear-driven sliding base and equipped with large size needle roller bearing, which improves the bearing capacity of the sliding base. More stable operation, longer service life.
• Production line is fixed center height, and there is no need to adjust again when changing model.
• Common production line modules with different specifications. Quick unloading module design makes module loading and unloading convenient and fast. The unique internal module cooling design enables the cooling water to flow rapidly. The internal cooling design enables rapid pipe cooling and shaping. The main drive is driven by a two-speed motor, which can realize stable and accurate operation.

The matching fully automatic corrugated pipe cutting machine is controlled by a computer program, this control system enables it to achieve highly accurate cutting positions, stable operation, and easy use.
