Insulation Pipe Extrusion Line Application
PE insulation pipes, also called outer protective pipes or jacket pipes. There is an outer layer of high - density polyethylene, a rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, and a steel pipe. The density of the insulation layer ranges from 60 to 80kg/m³. It can resist temperatures up to 120℃ under normal conditions, and after modification or combination, this can reach 180℃;
PE insulation pipes are widely used in central heating, hot and cold water supply, and urban pipeline projects. Featuring excellent corrosion resistance, strong thermal insulation properties, and high mechanical strength, the PE outer jacket reliably protects the insulation layer against damage and moisture. The complete pipe system offers low thermal conductivity, long service life, simple installation, and high adaptability to different environments;
PE insulation pipes are especially suitable for directly buried laying in urban construction, industrial pipelines, and long-distance heating systems, helping to reduce energy loss and lower operation and maintenance costs.
