Multi-layer co-extrusion

Composite Pipe Extrusion line adopts two-machine two-layer, two-machine three-layer or three-machine three-layer co-extrusion solutions. The wall thickness ratio of each layer can be adjusted online, enabling flexible production of multi-functional composite pipes such as PPR/PE composite pipes, PPR glass fiber reinforced pipes, and oxygen barrier pipes.

Efficient Extrusion

Our extruder uses high - efficiency BM barrier mixing screws with an L/D ratio of 33:1 or 38:1, paired with high - torque gearboxes and either permanent magnet servo or frequency - conversion motors. It delivers uniform plasticization, high output, and low energy consumption.

Haul-off

  • Depending on pipe diameter, it comes in 2 to 16 track configurations. Each track is independently clamped by its own pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder, with precisely adjustable pressure. This gives you strong, reliable traction without deforming the pipe or scratching the surface.
  • All tracks are driven by servo motors paired with high-accuracy gearboxes, so speed variation is minimal. The haul-off synchronizes in real time, closed-loop, with the main extruder and the vacuum calibration tank to keep wall thickness consistent.

Cutter

 

  • An annular cutter head spins the blades around the pipe while feeding them inward radially. No sawdust or dust is produced. The pipe ends come out smooth and are ready for butt fusion straight away, with no need for chamfering or cleanup.

  • The cutter base sits on linear guide rails. Once clamped onto the pipe, it moves in sync with the line speed and cuts on the fly, so production never has to stop. A PLC tracks pipe length through a high-precision encoder and triggers the servo-driven cutting action, automatically cutting each pipe to the preset length.
