Product Overview
Our large diameter HDPE pipe extrusion line's extruder is JWS series High efficiency, high output single screw extruder. The special screw barrel structure design ensures ideal melt uniformity at lower melt temperature. Designed for large-diameter pipe extrusion, the spiral distribution structure mold is equipped with an in-mold suction pipe internal cooling system. Combined with a special low-sag material, it can produce ultra-thick-walled, large-diameter pipes. Hydraulic opening and closing two-stage vacuum tank, computerized centralized control and coordination of multi-caterpillar haul off unit, chipless cutter and all units, a high degree of automation. The optional wire rope tractor can make the initial operation of the large-caliber tube more convenient.
Equipment Composition
Automatic Dryer and Feeder
- Automatically conveys raw material from storage to the extruder by vacuum suction.
- Equipped with a dehumidifying dryer to remove moisture and prevent defects such as bubbles or surface haze.

High Efficiency Single Screw Extruder
- Featuring a new barrier screw design, the extruder delivers high output at high RPM with low energy consumption, achieves excellent mixing at low temperatures, and controls material shear precisely for a uniform melt temperature - effectively eliminating ripple marks on the inner wall of large-diameter pipes.
- By adding extruders this pipe extrusion line can produce two-layer, three-layer, or even multi-layer composite pipes to meet the diverse needs of customers.

Mold
- Jwell Machinery's Pipe Production Line is equipped with high-quality wear-resistant copper calibrator sleeves.
- The frame is welded from steel plates and section steel.
- The mold is equipped with a ventilation system inside and a mold temperature control unit to ensure the cooling of the core.

Vacuum Tank and Cooling Tank
Constant pressure vacuum frequency conversion control, independent water pump control on both sides of the tank, with large nozzle design, uniform inlet cooling, and excellent atomization effect.

Haul-off unit
Equipped with servo motors, it features a wide speed range, stable high and low speeds, and winch can be optionally selected. The number of traction arms can be selected to meet the production requirements of different pipe diameters.

Cutter
Cutting method: Swarfless+Saw Blade (optional), dual knife configuration, using dual screw rod feed mechanism, stable feed, uniform cutting force.
Control method: Equipped with servo motors, centralized control via Siemens touch screen. Changing specifications and making adjustments is convenient.

Stacker
Lifting method: Lifting by hydraulic rod, which is convenient, fast, simple to operate, time-saving and labor-saving.

Optional Equipment
We also provide the following auxiliary equipment: Gravimetric Control System, Pipe Laser Marker, Laser Diameter Measuring Device, Pipe Winder, Belling Machine, Mixer, etc.

A3. We offer you high quality machines with 12 months guarantee and reply you as soon as possible within 6 hours.
Q4. If the machine some parts is broken one day, how can we get help from you?
A4. We will send you spare parts free of charge If they are in warranty, not including easy-broken parts. For easy-broken parts, we only charge a cost fee.
Q5. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A5. We have passed the IS09001:2015 Quality Management System and CE certificate and we have a special QC department in charge of products' quality. If you also need other certificates, we also can help to apply.
Q6. What is your packaging?
A6. Standard packaging: The machine is anti-rust treated, plastic-film wrapped and then firmly fixed to a wooden bracket.
Q7. How can we check the machines before delivery?
A7. We can provide online checking when testing the machine on site. We will take and prepare detailed testing videos for your checking before the delivery. We accept third-party testing. Except above points, we will provide detailed testing report.
