• JWELL PVC Twin Pipes Extrusion Line adopts a scientific and reasonable structural design, featuring a parallel or conical twin-screw extruder customized for PVC materials, which ensures uniform plasticization of raw materials, stable extrusion pressure and reduced material degradation.
• Equipped with a special double-cavity mold, it can produce two pipes simultaneously-either the same or different specifications-greatly improving production efficiency without doubling energy consumption, and effectively saving workshop space compared with two independent single-pipe lines.

• Equipped with a Siemens HMI control system, the entire line runs with fully intelligent automation. Operation is simpler, operator dependency is reduced, and both process parameters and product quality stay consistently stable.
• The downstream equipment features two independent control loops, so the speed of each pipeline can be adjusted separately to match different production needs.
• The vacuum calibration tank and high-efficiency cooling system work together to ensure precise dimensions, uniform wall thickness, a smooth finish, and excellent roundness.

• Our PVC Double Pipe Extrusion Line covers a wide range of product specifications, with pipe diameters from Φ20mm to Φ110mm (depending on the model), and a maximum extrusion capacity of 500kg/h, which can be customized according to customers' specific requirements for pipe diameter, output and application scenarios.
• It is widely used in the production of PVC pipes for agricultural irrigation, building water supply and drainage, electrical conduit, cable protection and municipal engineering, providing reliable equipment support for various infrastructure construction projects.
