PVC-UH/CPVC/UPVC Pipe Extrusion Line

Depending on the pipe diameter and production requirements, a choice of specially configured PVC twin-screw extruders is available. Their specially designed screws deliver uniform plasticizing and high output. The die head is crafted from high-grade alloy steel, with polished and corrosion-resistant flow channels. Its wide flow path ensures optimum melt residence time and maximum extrusion throughput. For large-diameter PVC pipes, the vacuum tank incorporates a double-chamber design with nylon support plates, which enhances pipe roundness and forming. To cover a broad size range, JWELL supplies haul-offs from 2-claw to 10-claw configurations, various planetary cutter models, and an optional online belling machine.

Screw Loader

Automatically conveys raw material from storage to the extruder by screw blades.

Twin-Screw Extruder

By using the new type barrier screw design, this extruder has a high extrusion capacity in high RPM with the low energy consumption, and this extruder can gain a good mixing effect in the low temperature, and this extruder can control the material shearing to get the ideal and even melt temperature, so that the ripple mark in the inner wall of the big diameter pipe can be avoided.

PVC extrusion mould design and optimization of double-stent flow of the design to make pipes with strong shock resistance. Mould combined with concentric, cone distibuter, suitable for any cross section of single-or multi-extrusion, smooth flow design have belows advantages:

● Lower consumption

● Lower melting temperature

● Clean runner quickly when changing color

Constant pressure vacuum frequency conversion control, independent water pump control on both sides of the tank, with large nozzle design, uniform inlet cooling, and excellent atomization effect.

Haul-off unit

 

Equipped with servo motors, it features a wide speed range, stable high and low speeds, and winch can be optionally selected. The number of traction arms can be selected to meet the production requirements of different pipe diameters.

 

Cutter

 

• Cutting method: Swarfless+Saw Blade (optional), dual knife configuration, using dual screw rod feed mechanism, stable feed, uniform cutting force.
• Control method: Equipped with servo motors, centralized control via Siemens touch screen. Changing specifications and making adjustments is convenient.

Stacker

Lifting method: Lifting by reducer, which is convenient, fast, simple to operate, time-saving and labor-saving.
