JWELL Machinery's Four strand pipe extrusion line is suitable for the ≦32mm pipe with high-speed production, unilateral pipe speed up to 25 m/min. This extrusion line adopts special screw and mould design, uniform plasticizing, fast production speed, low energy consumption. Easy controlling and operation, reduce the technical and running requirements the operators. And effectively save the workshop space.
Equipment Composition
Screw Loader
Automatically conveys raw material from storage to the extruder by screw blades.
Stable, reliable operation and a low failure rate. The motor is a variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous type, delivering constant torque to ensure a steady feed rate and prevent speed instability and motor overheating.
Twin-Screw Extruder
Equipped with a PVC-specific conical twin-screw extruder, conical twin screw rotate in lower speed, the material inside the barrel under a stable and uniform shear, shorter screw, shorter duration time of material, especially suitable for heat-sensitive material plasticizing processing., it ensures uniform plasticization and stable extrusion. The alloy steel mold with anti-corrosion treatment guarantees consistent four-pipe discharge, boosting efficiency and reducing waste.

Its integrated four-traction & cutting design saves workshop space. Four independent vacuum cooling boxes ensure precise pipe forming, while the chip-free cutting system achieves high precision, reducing labor and no secondary processing needed.
Control
Controlled by a Siemens PLC touch screen system, it enables full automatic operation, simplifying use and ensuring stability with Siemens/ABB components. Its excellent energy-saving performance cuts operational costs effectively.
