PERT/PEX/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line Performance ＆ Advantages
Our high-efficiency single and double-strand extrusion lines for PPR/HDPE pipes are specially designed to match the properties of PP-R and HDPE materials. Equipped with our in-house developed JWS series high-efficiency single-screw extruders and SIEMENS PLC control system, these lines allow fully automatic operation from the main extruder to all downstream equipment. They deliver high output and stable, consistent extrusion performance.
- This line comes with a high-speed, high-output single-screw extruder, paired with professionally designed pipe dies specially optimized for PPR, PERT and PEX materials.
- The main screw adopts BM high-efficiency type, which boosts output while maintaining consistent wall thickness and a smooth pipe surface.
- Special mold for small pipes, water film type high-speed calibration sleeve, equipped with digital display flow adjustment device, small pipe molding is fast and the speed is high.
Efficient Cooling
Our cooling tank's main components, such as the box body and flanges, are widely made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and a long service life. The nozzle is equipped with a quick - change connector, which facilitates quick cleaning and replacement. Our cooling tank equipped with an accurate water - temperature and water - level control system, it ensures the stability and consistency of the cooling process.
High-quality Gearbox
PPR Pipe Extrusion Line is equipped with high-torque precision gearboxes, the box body material is HT200, and is connected to an independent cooling circulation device externally.
Application
PERT pipe
PERT pipe is the standard choice for underfloor heating and radiator connections in residential and commercial buildings. It's also widely used for indoor hot and cold water plumbing, especially in high-rise apartments, and for fan coil unit connections in HVAC systems.
PEX pipe
Thanks to its higher temperature and pressure resistance, PEX pipe is typically found in demanding heating systems such as high-temperature radiator heating. You'll also see it in residential fire sprinkler systems, modern manifold-based plumbing layouts, and even outdoor snow-melt systems for driveways and walkways.
PPR pipe
PPR pipe remains the most common solution for building hot and cold water supply lines. Its clean, non-toxic properties also make it suitable for purified drinking water systems. In industry, it's frequently used for chemical and food fluid transport where operating temperatures are relatively moderate.
