Specialized Twin-screw Extrusion System

Counter-rotating screw technology

The screws rotate outward in opposite directions, generating low shear rates and minimal shear heat. This prevents local overheating that would otherwise cause PVC degradation and yellowing.

Conical screw design

The larger diameter at the feed section delivers strong conveying capacity, while the smaller diameter at the discharge end creates a high compression ratio for thorough plasticization.

Screw material

Made from 38CrMoALA alloy steel, the screws are fully nitrided to a surface hardness above HV950, offering outstanding wear and corrosion resistance.
