Silicon Core Pipe Extrusion Line Advantages
Its inner wall is equipped with a built-in silicone layer that provides long-lasting, stable lubrication. This allows cable-blowing distances of over 1,000 meters, which greatly eases construction work and cuts overall costs.
The pipe exterior uses HDPE with a ring stiffness of at least 10kN/m², enabling it to resist heavy ground loads, mechanical compression, and ground settlement, ensuring long service life.
This product performs reliably across a wide range of environments, withstanding extreme temperatures from -40°C to 70°C and staying stable in harsh conditions including deserts, plateaus, and coastal areas.
Installation is simple and efficient. Depending on specifications, the pipe can be supplied in continuous coils of 1500–3000 meters, greatly reducing the number of joints required.
