DYSSQ Series Light Single Shaft Shredder

DYSSQ series single shaft shredders are widely used in shredding for a wide variety of recyclable materials, including various plastic products such as pipes, blocks woven bags, films, etc. The size of the shredded material can be determined by selecting the appropriate screen aperture according to the crushed material and the next step. The shredded material can be directly recycled or further crushed.

DYSSJ series single shaft shredders can be designed with different feeding hoppers according to the needs. The standard feeding hopper is suitable for mass feeding with forklifts and manual feeding of bulk materials which can maximize production. The pusher continuously shreds the material which is pushed towards the rotor, increasing the efficiency of shredding.

 

 

DYTSS series two- shaft shredders have the advantages of low noise, low energy consumption and high output. It reflects the superiority of low speed and large torque cutting design. This series of shredder is particularly suitable for the crushing of large-sized plastic materials. After being shredded, the bulk density of the material can be increased, thereby reducing transportation costs. In addition, the material can be further processed after shredding, such as material separation, washing and pelletizing etc.

 

DYFSS Series Four Shaft Shredder

 

DYFSS series four-shaft shredders are multifunctional and versatile machine. With standardized modular design, shredder of this series has an advantage of good interchangeability in parts. The auxiliary knife is refined by die forging, while the main knife, made of special alloy steel by a special process, is of good wearability and high intensity. The shredder is driven by intermediate gear transmission, forming differential relationship. Shredders of this series are applicable to shred plastic barrels, plastic frames, woven bags, circuit board and paper box etc., and have advantages of controllable discharging size, high-efficiency, low rotating speed and low noise.
