Plastic Pulverizer Machine
JWELL provide SMW series Plastic Pulverizer Machine, which is widely used in rubber and plastic industry. It is an ideal equipment for processing and grinding thermoplastic plastics, and can be used for grinding PVC powder.The basic principle of SMW series PVC mill is that the cutter head is driven by the main shaft equipped with imported precision bearing. Driven by the cutter head, the moving knife rotates at high speed and is tangent to the fixed cutter, so that the incoming materials are strongly collided and grinded into powder.

Through the combination of air and water cooling, the crushing temperature of materials is effectively controlled to ensure that the quality of crushed materials will not change The system of dynamic feeding, discharging and automatic screening and regrinding greatly reduces the labor intensity. The whole grinding process is completely closed, no dust leakage, and maintenance can be achieved only by opening the door cover during refuelling and cleaning. The main engine is driven by frequency converter, which greatly reduces the current when the motor starts.
