DYPS Series Light Crusher
DYPS series light crushers have beautiful exterior design and high-quality steel structure welding. The rotor uses the latest V-shaped cutting technology to send the crushed material to the central, which not only avoids the material impacting on the sidewall, but also makes the sidepiece wearable, and reduces dust producing. The main shaft is made of high-quality material. DYPS-Z Series Heavy Crusher
DYPS-Z series heavy crushers are designed specially for the recycling material which is not easy to be crushed and thickness 3-30mm.
Main shaft: The main shaft is processed with high quality steel after verifying the balance. Good toughness, stable working state, low shaking are the main features. The rotor with new "V" shape cutting technology is composed of 3, 5, or 7 pieces of blades on the basis of different crushing material. This technology makes sure the blade can produce uniform granular with low energy and low noise.

DYSSG Series Pipe Crusher and Shredder Unit
- DYSSG series single shaft shredders can be used for shredding PE, PP and PVC pipes with a diameter of 1600mm. Pipes with a length of 3-6M can be directly crushed without splitting. The rotation speed is stable. After being placed into the horizontal feeding trough, pipe can be pushed into the center of the by hydraulic propulsion as the feeding trough closed automatically. The shredded material is brought into the crusher by a conveyor for secondary crushing for the required broken granule size.
- The main advantage of the DYSSG series shredder system is that it saves a lot of segmentation labor and sawing waste, saves energy and reduces consumption. It is safe and efficient. The whole system is controlled by the PLC central control system.
