Delivers high screw speed, high throughput, and low energy consumption. It achieves excellent mixing at low temperatures while keeping shear tightly controlled, preventing ripple marks on the inner walls of large-diameter pipes.

Twin Screw and Barrel

Conical Twin Screw
Designed primarily for PVC processing, it runs at lower speeds to give the material stable, uniform shear inside the barrel. The shorter screw makes it particularly suitable for PVC pipes, profiles, and celuka (skin-foamed) boards.

Parallel Twin Screw
Available in both co-rotating and counter-rotating configurations. The modular design lets you freely combine screw elements to match Modular Barrel

Offered in two styles
one-piece and bushing-insert. Each heating zone comes with its own independent temperature control system.
